The recent arrest of neo-Nazi Craig Cobb, who wants to turn a small North Dakota town all-white, was apparently sparked by a feud with a fellow supremacist who turned on him when DNA tests showed Cobb to be part black, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Cobb, a hate crimes fugitive from Canada with a long history of association with hate groups and white separatist believers, quietly began buying up local property months ago in a bid to take control of the town council and make Leith an all-white community.

Visit the Caves of Nerja, not too far from the town. Discovered by accident by a group of young boys, the caves are today a huge tourist attraction, with large caverns where you can admire the stalactites and stalagmites.

Visit the beautiful old cemetery and wander the streets of the town. Enjoy some time in the main square at the bottom, where you will find a pretty fountain and a statue of Blas Infante, the Andalusian Nationalist leader. He was born here, and his birth place is now a little museum you can browse.

Go shopping in one of the many souvenir shops and artisanal stores and have a nice dinner with an incredible view of the mountains. Frigiliana is easy to reach via bus which leaves from the nearby beach town of Nerja. The bus only costs a few euros and leaves multiple times per day. You can, of course, drive here as well.

Although Grazalema is a beautifully set white village, this is a regular town. Watch the slow pace of village life unfold from behind a glass of local red, taking in the white houses with their repeating red tiled roofs.

Grazalema holds the title of being the rainiest town in Spain. So the dryer months of May through October are the best times to visit. This is also when summer meadows in the area are at their most beautiful and the hiking in Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park at its finest.

With a castle at the top dominating the skyline, Vejer de la Frontera still has some of its walls from Moorish times. While wandering around the beautiful town should definitely be at the top of your itinerary, there are a few sights to enjoy.

Balancing high on a vertical ridge, just above the Guadalete river, tiny Arcos de la Frontera makes the perfect hour-long stop en route between Sevilla and other Andalusian hill towns to the south.

The best thing to do in Altea is to visit the Old Town on the hill: it is the historical and cultural center of the town. Wander the narrow streets and enjoy the beautiful views. The church has a beautiful blue roof.

Lorraine Hansberry was born in 1930. She grew up on the south side of Chicago, a place rigidly segregated by race. In 1937, Hansberry's parents challenged Chicago's restrictive housing covenants by moving into an all-white neighborhood. Whites fought back. A mob gathered around the house and someone threw a brick, barely missing young Lorraine's head. Years later, in a letter to The New York Times, Hansberry recalled her mother "patrolling the house all night with a loaded German luger," while her father was away fighting the battle in court.2

The streets behind Giorgios beach are a warren of good value rooms and studios, such as Helen Studios.

Somehow remaining under the radar despite its proximity to bigger Milos, little Kimolos is worth paying a longer visit for its secluded turquoise waters, rustic appeal, and the easy-going charm of main town Chorio. This unspoilt Cycladic gem also has excellent food, hiking, volcanic rock formations, and even a sunken ancient city, all wrapped up in a miniature package.

Stay there: Folegandros Chora is small with chic apartments tucked away in its hidden corners and family-run hotels on the outskirts of town. The Mar Inn Hotel and Aeri Studios both have white rooms set around a glistening pool with a view. Themonies Suites has boutique accommodation in trad agricultural stone buildings. Chora Resort and Spa. Aspalathras White Hotel and Aria Boutique Hotel are good value. For traditional accommodation in the Kastro (old quarters) try Paraporti or Matsas Mansions.

The White Towns of Andalusia, or Pueblos Blancos, are a series of whitewashed towns and large villages in the northern part of the provinces of Cádiz and Málaga in southern Spain, mostly within the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.

All of the villages are characterised by whitewashed walls and red or brown tiled roofs. They also commonly present narrow alleyways, steep earrings[clarification needed], lookouts, and town squares with a church and town hall. Often local institutions manage archeological museums with Roman or Arab artifacts, as well as others dedicated to local customs, crafts or trades.[citation needed]

The Mason Jar in Onalaska, a shabby-chic barn venue for weddings and events, had an unusually raucous group of guests at a town hall event on March 9 for 3rd Congressional District candidate Joe Kent, R-Yacolt.

A brief self-introduction was given by Congressman Molinaro, highlighting his long standing career as a politician which began when he was elected mayor of his hometown of Tivoli at 18 years old. Before being elected to U.S. Congress, Molinaro had served as Dutchess County Executive for 12 years, holding over 275 similar town hall events during his tenure.

Germantown High School, which sits just up the street from Town Hall, has remained empty since it closed in 2013. Developer Jack Azran has said he wants to use the hulking building for apartments, shared work spaces, and potentially even for a new school.
